A story in full, plus other news

When last I posted, my story Tommy Jack was on the cusp of publication in the fall 2025 issue of the Raleigh Review. Now it has, in fact, been published, in issue 15.2. You can purchase a copy through your local independent bookstore, on Bookshop.org, or through Raleigh Review's website. It's an honor to be included in their pages.

In other news, my son was born and is now old enough to laugh out loud and grab things.

And speaking of parenting, I've posted an entire story to this very website for free. I guess it's flash fiction, but who really knows or cares? It's called Stepdaddy. It's very short and very stupid. Read it here.
